Join FCAA

We’ve been waiting for you!

Whether you are an alumnus of foster care (an adult who has experienced foster care) or an ally (adult who wasn't in foster care and who supports the FCAA mission), we welcome you into our membership community.  We also welcome organizations as FCAA members.

Membership comes with many benefits:

• Quarterly newsletters and period action alerts
• Opportunities to get involved in connecting with the alumni community and transforming foster care
• Access to our online, interactive community to share your experiences, learn from others, inspire each other (coming soon!)
• Information about how to use your voice to make a difference for people in and from foster care

Joining is easy:

First, visit our secure registration page to register, providing your name and email address.  We also invite you to share your mailing address and phone numbers to make sure you will stay fully connected.

If you are joining and paying dues ($20/year for alumni;  $35/year for allies):

Thank You! Your contributions assist us in our mission. After registering, please go to the FCAA membership store (menu on the left in the registration area) and select the appropriate membership button.

If you are joining and need a waiver of membership dues:

We’ve all had financial challenges, which is why the FCAA Board of Directors created this free membership program.  FCAA members support our waiver program by making additional contributions and we are pleased to make that available.

If you are a representative of an organization:

Please contact Julie Smith, FCAA Membership Director.  We have many organizational members who work with FCAA to provide support to alumni, and to bring alumni expertise to their own program planning and decision making.  Contact Julie by email or by phone at (703) 299-6767.
